The wig was definitely what I asked for. It was soft and easy to style for the first week, then disaster hit, and I was getting extreme tangling and matting of the hair. I’ve tried everything from deep conditioning, to putting a little heat to the hair while conditioner is on the hair, leave in conditioner on the hair overnight, detangler, heat protectant, and I’ve only washed the wig three times in the couple weeks I’ve had it. I’m not sure if it is because since I ordered a 12 inch wig and therefore got low quality hair, but I do want to order again, I’m just a little bit disappointed because it was my first wig.

The construction of the wig allows for freedom to style as desired. Bun, high ponytail, you name it! It looks natural and clear lace really melts so good. I even bleached mine and it looks really pretty.

The hair is super soft, the hairline is plucked to perfection and the lace is very transparent! Density is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. I requested a small cap and that’s what I got. It fits great! There’s no odd smell and very little shedding. I will definitely purchase again!

this wig is absolutely beautiful...exactly like pictured .. i gave a 4 star because it had a bad smell..i had to soak in some downey to get smell out but it doesn't shed and curls very well...i will order again in the future.

Nice unit. Satisfied with it just as well as I was with orders that i've had in the past. Company communicates well if you reach out to them. The color 4 on this looks more like a 1/30 to me, but it's nice. Wasn't planning on it, But I guess I'll be rocking.Some cute blonde highlights this summer.

When I tell you this wig is the truth they UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT AND EXECUTED PERFECTLY. The description of this wig is right on point. I can't wait to get it install. The delivery time was so fast I order the wig on February the 29th and got it on March 4th. The only hiccup that one of the track wasn't sewed all the way down. So I emailed them and told what was wrong with the wig. Now it said on there website that they will get back to in touch with you in 24 hour. When I tell you the emailed me back later that day I was shocked the customer service was on point I told them I had an invent to attend on this Saturday and I side I needed to keep the wig is it any way that can give a discount on my next purchase.The emailed me back said we can do that and we will also expedite your order and they will inspect it carefully themself before they send it out.. When I tell you I was shocked they said that. Now I have had oder from other wig website and had problems wig my order they give you the run around. before they would get back in touch with you and do something. I will be ordering from again not because gave me discount Its because of their customer service is on point and go out of their way to satisfy their customer and they give you so much information about their product. Now compare them to other wig website and see the difference. So take my advice on them guarantee you will be happy with you purchase.
